Personal Value – What I loved about the Goosehill SUP
The Goosehill paddle board package I got from Amazon was very sturdy, and everything was in good condition.
Instructions were helpful in the initial setup.
The package contained a SUP board, a 3-piece adjustable paddle, pump, SUP leash, removable center fin, repair kit, and an awesome backpack that fits everything in it.
Inflating the SUP is super quick and easy. I was able to inflate the SUP in about 5 minutes (that’s pumping pretty hard and fast). If you want to take it easy, you’ll have it inflated in 10 minutes. Towards the end, the pumping got quite hard as it was very inflated, but I kept pumping until the dial on the pump said it was within the required range. Otherwise, when you go out on the water, the board will sag in the middle when you stand on it in the water.
Deflating the board is super easy-just release the valve and the air start streaming out. Folding up the board is simple. The only hard part was removing the main fin. It was very secure in its position and required some work to remove.
What I found particularly useful is that I could pack everything neatly into the backpack. It was very convenient and portable, so we could go to our chosen location and set up on the beach.
